Going by the state of the world today I personally don't care if a countrys' leader is a man, woman or a goat.
After all here the the UK we had a woman Prime Minister for many years and I don't beleive that there were issues because the PM was female.
However in Arab states where culturally women are pretty much second class citizens then its going to be a different issue.
A woman could be acceptable there but only once the culture has changed sufficiently so that woman get the full respect that they deserve.
Not that I am an expert in any way whatsoever - just going by what I see on the news through various forms of media.
